I missed the ...Thanks for sharing this blog, Aaron. I missed the debate last night, so it was nice to get a review of it. But, don't sell yourself short brother. And more importantly, don't sell the God Who Dwells Within short, either. We are meant to know what we might or might not have done in a given scenario; only what we have done and what we desire to do. God has made you into a man of wisdom, righteousness, and compassion. There have been times when I have desired, or even daydreamed, about reacting to an event in a non-Christian way, and then when God presents that trial to me, I have acted nobly and compassionately. Not all the time, I'll admit, but God is our salvation, our sanctification. With Him, all things are possible, and there is no limit to the love you can give when your heart overflows with the Fire of His Love, and that is by the power of God, through the sacraments, prayer, sacrifice, and faith, not wholly through your own power.
